Steve is an absolute professional. I honestly did not expect this level of attention to detail. He worked on my BMW X7 for over 10 hours and the result completely exceeded my expectations. The car looks better than when I bought it. Every detail was handled with care, interior deep cleaned, leather restored beautifully, exterior polished to a mirror finish. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. What impressed me most is that he treats your car like it’s his own. No rushing, no shortcuts. Just pure quality. - In most cases, yes. We clean the source first, then treat the odor. Smoke and spilled milk are the toughest; we'll be honest about what to expect.
